Übergriffe gegenüber Verwaltung und Rettungsdienst: Untersuchungen und Empfehlungen zur Prävention von Gewalterleben

Abstract

Gewalt am Arbeitsplatz mit Publikumskontakt nimmt aus Sicht vieler Behördenmitarbeiter*innen zu und führt zu gesundheitlichen Belastungen. Das Working Paper untersucht Arbeitskontexte, die von Behördenmitarbeiter*innen als gewaltsam und belastend erlebt werden, benennt subjektive Belastungsfaktoren und hebt Möglichkeiten der Deeskalation hervor. Zur Erhaltung der Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz wird die Relevanz von Prävention betont, die behördeninterne Strukturen, Organisationsabläufe, Anerkennungsproblematiken und das berufliche Selbstverständnis reflektiert.
