Branchenanalyse Medizintechnik: Ein Industriezweig im Zuge neuer internationaler Krisen und fortschreitender Digitalisierung

Abstract

Im Fokus dieser Branchenanalyse stehen die Einflüsse gegenwärtiger globaler Krisen und Transformationstrends auf die Medizintechnikbranche in Deutschland. Anfällige Lieferketten, Unsicherheiten durch Regularien, Globalisierungstendenzen und die Digitalisierung von Produkten und Prozessen stellen die durch ihren großen Mittelstand geprägte Branche unter Druck. Im Hinblick auf diese und weitere Aspekte werden in der Branchenanalyse der Wandel von Arbeitswelten, Qualifizierungsanforderungen und Mitbestimmungsmöglichkeiten für die Beschäftigten und ihre Interessenvertretungen diskutiert.
