Onlinehandel: Arbeitskontrolle und Mitbestimmung in Großstadtregionen

Abstract

Im Onlinehandel wurden schnelle und große Investitionen getätigt, um rasch eine starke Marktposition zu erreichen. Dies ist mit einem hohen Zeit- und Kostendruck verbunden, der entlang der Wertschöpfungskette strukturierend wirkt und die Arbeitskontrolle verändert. Digitale Arbeitskontrolle breitet sich in unterschiedlicher Weise aus: In technisch-administrativen Bereichen und kleineren innerstädtischen Logistikzentren ist sie weniger ausgeprägt als in den großen Logistikzentren im Hinterland der Städte und in der Auslieferungslogistik. Insgesamt zeigen sich Spielräume in der Art und Weise, wie Betriebe digitale Kontrolle ausüben, und damit Ansatzpunkte für Mitwirkung und Mitbestimmung.
