Abstract

Im Fokus dieses Working Papers steht die Analyse von in Deutschland ansässigen, international agierenden Großunternehmen aus der Medizintechnikbranche und ihrer globalen Reorganisation im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung (FuE). Zudem wird diskutiert, wie sich Interessenvertretung für Arbeitnehmer*innen in Deutschland im Zuge der globalen Reorganisation von Forschung und Entwicklung in der Branche unter Berücksichtigung der industriellen Spezifika organisieren und gezielt vorantreiben lässt.
