Abstract

Der vorliegende Kodierleitfaden ist im Projekt "Berufliche Weiterbildung in Volkshochschulen. Zugänge zum Lebenslangen Lernen (WB_VHS_ZuLL)" im Rahmen der Programmanalysen entwickelt worden. Die Veröffentlichung dient der Sichtbarmachung des zentralen Auswertungsinstruments im Projekt. Sie bildet ein zentrales Ergebnis des Projekts ab, da im Kodierleitfaden auf theoretisch-empirische Weise der Forschungsgegenstand der individuellen beruflichen Weiterbildung ausdifferenziert wird. In dieser Ausdifferenzierung kann der Kodierleitfaden für weitere Forschungen zu Programmanalysen eingesetzt werden.
