Zwischen Aufwertung, Abwertung und Polarisierung: Chancen der Tarif- und Lohnpolitik für eine arbeitspolitische "High-Road-Strategie" in der Altenpflege

Abstract

Die Arbeitsbedingungen in der Altenpflege stehen derzeit in der öffentlichen Diskussion. Verdiensten und Tarifstrukturen kommt dabei eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Die vorliegende Analyse über die Entgeltsituation der Pflegeberufe in der Altenpflege gibt Auskunft über Niveau, Entwicklung und Verteilung von Verdiensten sowie einen Einblick in Entgeltordnungen, Tarifstrukturen und Leiharbeit in der Altenpflege. Aufgrund vorliegender Lücken der Datenlage wird ein periodisches Monitoring der Verdienst-, Personal- und Arbeitsstrukturen in diesem gesellschaftlich relevanten Bereich angeregt. Es werden Herausforderungen und Chancen für eine zukunftsfähige Tarif- und Lohnpolitik benannt. Dabei wird den Tarif- und Branchenakteuren eine besondere Verantwortung zugeschrieben, eine "High-Road-Strategie" zur Aufwertung der Altenpflege zu verfolgen.
