Abstract

Die Bau- und Baustoffmaschinenbranche ist im Weltmarkt gut aufgestellt, steht jedoch vor großen, insbesondere technologischen Herausforderungen. Diese gilt es aufzuzeigen und rechtzeitig offensiv zu bewältigen. Betriebsräte spielen dabei eine äußerst wichtige Rolle: Sie sehen die Trends sehr früh, sind Experten ihrer Arbeit. Die Studie zeigt verschiedene Handlungsfelder für Betriebsräte auf und führt aus, wie gemeinsam mit dem Management und weiteren Branchenakteuren eine zukunftsorientierte Strategie für die Branche entwickelt werden kann.
