Bedingungen der Beschäftigungssicherung in kleinen und mittleren Betrieben der IT-Branche: Druck und Stress - und dann?

Abstract

Gesundheit und Krankheit werden in KMU der IT-Branche nicht offen thematisiert. In dieser besonderen Arbeitskultur werden psychische Erkrankungen als vornehmlich private Herausforderung verstanden und damit individualisiert. Mehr Information über Beratungsangebote von Sozial- und Unfallversicherungsträgern oder andere – auch niedrigschwellige – Beratungsangebote könnten Abhilfe schaffen. Weil eine nachhaltigere Sicherung der Beschäftigung auch für den Betriebserfolg eine entscheidende Größe ist, könnten auch von einer Vergegenwärtigung der betriebswirtschaftlich positiven Folgen eines aktiven betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements Impulse für eine Veränderung der gegenwärtigen Arbeitskultur ausgehen.
