Arbeit 4.0 in Bauunternehmen: Einstellungen technischer Fachkräfte in der Bauwirtschaft zu Industrie 4.0

Abstract

Die deutsche Bauwirtschaft und ihre Beschäftigten sind auf dem Wege, für Planung und Organisation von Bauvorhaben die Methode des Building Information Modeling (BIM) einzuführen und damit die Digitalisierung in der Branche voranzutreiben. BIM gilt nicht nur als neue Technologie, sondern als neue Methode, mit deren Hilfe Arbeitsprozesse optimiert, effektiver gestaltet und neu zwischen Mensch und Maschine verteilt werden können. Die Auswirkungen von BIM auf Arbeitstätigkeiten, Arbeitsprozesse, Arbeitsorganisation, neue Arbeitsrollen sowie neue Kompetenzanforderungen standen bislang nicht im Zentrum der Forschung. Das vorliegende Working Paper greift die Lücke auf und skizziert explorativ die Arbeitsfolgen von BIM für das Baugewerbe.
