Abstract

Impact Investing ist im Bereich sozialer Dienste eine Entwicklung von wachsender Bedeutung. Social Impact Bonds sind dabei ein wichtiges Instrument der wirkungsorientierten Finanzierung durch private Kapitalgeber. Das vorliegende Arbeitspapier betrachtet den Prozess der Etablierung und Umsetzung von Social Impact Bonds in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern, analysiert unterschiedliche Vorgehensweisen bei der Finanzierung und fragt nach den Auswirkungen auf das Gesamtsystem sozialer Dienste.
