Berufseinstieg von Geflüchteten: Chancen und Probleme des Übergangs in die Arbeitswelt

Abstract

Im Zentrum der Studie der Tübinger Forschungsgruppe für Migration, Integration, Jugend und Verbände stehen junge Geflüchtete und ihre subjektive Perspektive und Situation. Es wird danach gefragt, wie die jungen Menschen sich zu orientieren versuchen, welche Orientierungen sie mitbringen, wie sie ihre Handlungsfähigkeit erweitern und welche Perspektiven sie dabei entwickeln. Sie handeln dabei nicht nur als autonome Subjekte, sondern sie sind jeweils auch in einen Kontext eingebunden. Hierbei werden gesellschaftliche Strukturen, Institutionen und (professionelle) Unterstützer_innen unterschieden und in der Studie untersucht.
