Europäisierungseffekte in der Übergangsgestaltung: Fallstudie Schleswig-Holstein

Abstract

Das Working Paper entstand im Kontext des Projekts "Europäisierungseffekte in der Übergangsgestaltung". Anhand zweier Fallbeispiele wurde untersucht, wie sich Strukturen des schleswig-hosteinischen Bildungssystems im Kontext der Förderung durch den Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) verändern und inwieweit Veränderungen als Folge europäischer Bildungs- und Beschäftigungspolitik begriffen werden können. Veränderungen lassen sich zum einen in der und durch die Verwaltung von ESF-Mitteln identifizieren (z. B. durch die Einführung von Kontroll- und Evaluationsinstrumenten), zum anderen in der Ausgestaltung der Übergangsförderung, wobei jedoch landesspezifische "Pfadabhängigkeiten" fortwirken.
