Zur Ausbildung von Lehrkräften für berufsbildende Schulen: Befunde und Entwicklungsperspektiven

Abstract

In der Kurzexpertise zur Ausbildung von Lehrkräften an berufsbildenden Schulen präsentieren die Autor_innen den aktuellen Diskurs um die berufliche Lehrer_innenbildung in Deutschland. In der Vorstellung aktueller Veränderungsansätze wird deutlich, wie weit fortgeschritten die Entwicklung und aktuelle Modernisierung der beruflichen Lehrer_innenbildung in Deutschland ist und wie wichtig die Balance zwischen Reformanstrengungen und notwendiger Qualitätssicherung für die Ausbildung des beruflichen Bildungspersonals bleibt.
