Abstract

Es ist bekannt, dass sich unter anderem betriebliche Interessenvertretungen, Betriebs-ärzte, Krankenkassen, Personalabteilungen, Führungskräfte und auch die Beschäftig-ten selbst für gesundheitliche Prävention im Betrieb einsetzen. Aber wie sollten diese Akteure mit ihrer jeweiligen Fachkompetenz zusammenarbeiten, damit Beschäftigten-gesundheit erhöht und gesichert wird? Der Forschungsmonitor gibt einen breiten Über-blick über die inner- und außerbetrieblichen Akteure der gesundheitlichen Prävention, berichtet von Kooperationsbeispielen und weist auf Wissenslücken zu gelingenden Al-lianzen und Netzwerken hin.
