Industrie 4.0 in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie

Abstract

Zurzeit vorliegende Forschungsarbeiten zum Thema "Industrie 4.0" berücksichtigen stark den Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Die Besonderheiten der Nahrungsmittelindustrie wurden bisher kaum analysiert. Die Bedeutung von "Industrie 4.0" ist in diesen Teilbranchen unklar bis unbekannt. Bei einem hohen Automatisierungsgrad stellt sich aber die Frage, ob es sich um "normale" Automatisierungssprünge handelt oder um Ansätze von "Industrie 4.0". Ziel des Vorhabens war es, aus Interviews mit Betriebsräten, teilweise unter Beteiligung der jeweiligen Geschäftsführungen, Ansätze und Ausprägungen von "Industrie 4.0" in Teilbranchen der Nahrungsmittelindustrie zu erkennen und deren Auswirkungen auf Arbeitsbedingungen, Qualifizierung und Betriebsratshandeln abzuschätzen.
