Gender und Digitalisierung: Wie Technik allein die Geschlechterfrage nicht lösen wird

Abstract

Die Digitalisierung wird die Arbeitswelt grundlegend verändern und damit die Lebenswelt der Beschäftigten in Zukunft entscheidend prägen. Über die Chancen und Risiken dieser Transformation wird mittlerweile eine breite gesellschaftliche Debatte geführt – die geschlechtsspezifischen Ungleichheiten in der Arbeitswelt und die Auswirkungen des Digitalisierungsprozesses auf die Geschlechterverhältnisse werden dabei aber meist ausgeblendet. Um politisch aktiv zu werden und arbeitsrechtliche und bildungs-politische Rahmenbedingungen geschlechtergerecht zu gestalten, bedarf es eines sys-tematischen Einbezugs der Geschlechterperspektive. Daher wurde die Literatur zu die-ser Fragestellung zusammengetragen und geordnet. Es werden sowohl Forschungslü-cken benannt als auch bereits existierende Anhaltspunkte zueinander in Bezug gesetzt.
