Gestaltung Guter Arbeit durch Personalräte: Die Rolle von Beschäftigtenbefragungen

Abstract

Betriebliche Mitarbeiterbefragungen werden üblicherweise aus der Sicht der Unternehmensleitung betrachtet. Im Gegensatz dazu fokussiert das vorliegende Papier darauf, inwiefern aus Sicht der Beschäftigten und ihrer Vertretungen solche Befragungen einen Ausgangspunkt für die Verbesserung von Arbeitsbedingungen bieten. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht drei Fallbetriebe des öffentlichen Diensts – auch mit Blick auf das zum Einsatz kommende Instrumentarium des DGB-Index Gute Arbeit. Die Autoren formulieren auf Grundlage ihrer Ergebnisse Handlungsüberlegungen für zukünftige Befragungen und deren Begleitung. Diese Empfehlungen gelten übergreifend und allgemein für alle betrieblichen Befragungsprozesse.
