Gendersensible Berufsorientierung – Informationen und Anregungen: Eine Handreichung für Lehrkräfte, Weiterbildner/innen und Berufsberater/innen

Abstract

In der Handreichung sind Ergebnisse des Projekts „Berufsorientierung und Geschlecht“ praxisnah für Lehrkräfte und andere in der Berufsorientierung tätige Personen sowie Multiplikator/innen in der Lehrkräftefortbildung aufbereitet und mit im Unterricht ein-setzbaren Materialien angereichert. Das Projekt fragte nach Zusammenhängen zwi-schen berufsorientierenden Maßnahmen an (Hamburger) Schulen und den Interessen und Berufsplänen von Schüler/innen. Die Handreichung soll zu einer gendersensiblen Berufsorientierung und zur Erweiterung des Berufswahlspektrums von Mädchen und Jungen beitragen.
