Abstract

Arbeit und Krankheit - ( k )ein Gegensatz? Phasen eingeschränkter Gesundheit können alle Beschäftigten treffen und sind normaler Bestandteil von Erwerbsbiografien. Gesundheit wiederherzustellen und zu erhalten ist jedoch eine Herausforderung. Dieser Report zeigt Perspektiven, Strategien und förderliche Bedingungen für die Rückkehr in Arbeit nach Krankheit und bei eingeschränkter Gesundheit auf. Als Orientierungshilfe liefert er nicht nur eine Übersicht über Verfahren und Instrumente der betrieblichen und beruflichen Wiedereingliederung, sondern bietet auch konkrete Ansatzpunkte für Gestaltung und Mitbestimmung. Der Report richtet sich daher sowohl an Interessenvertretungen als auch an Praktiker:innen in Präventions- und Gesundheitsnetzwerken.
