Chancen trotz befristetem Arbeitsvertrag? Die Wirkung befristeter Beschäftigung im individuellen Erwerbsverlauf

Abstract

Dieses Papier fasst die wichtigsten Ergebnisse einer Studie zusammen, die von der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung finanziert und von April 2003 bis Mai 2005 gemeinsam von Tobias Hagen und dem Verfasser am Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung (ZEW) Mannheim erarbeitet wurde. Die Gesamtstudie trägt den Titel „Befristete Beschäftigungsverhältnisse – Brücken in den Arbeitsmarkt oder Instrumente der Segmentierung? Repräsentative Längsschnittanalysen auf der Basis von Individualdaten“ (Projekt Nr. 2003-458-3). Der Forschungsbericht ist über die Hans-Böckler-Stiftung zu beziehen. Der Verfasser dankt den Mitgliedern des Projektbeirats bei der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung und nicht zuletzt der zuständigen Referatsleiterin, Frau Dr. Gudrun Linne, für die konstruktive Begleitung der Projektarbeit und für viele hilfreiche Anregungen.
