Der Beitrag der Kirche zur Demokratisierungsgestaltung der Wirtschaft

Abstract

Diese Arbeit setzt sich mit der These auseinander, dass die Demokratisierung der Wirtschaft die Schlüsselaufgabe unserer Zeit sei und wie dieser Demokratisierungsprozess gestaltet werden kann. Die Gesellschaft ist strukturiert in autonomer Selbststeuerung und integriert in übergeordnete Systeme. Welchen Beitrag kann eine Organisation wie die Kirche leisten, um diese Systeme in ein Gleichgewicht zu bringen? Auf Basis der Grundannahmen der Neuen Wirtschaftssoziologie wird von der Idee des kommunikativen Handelns auf die Kirche übertragen.
