Qualität auf dem Vormarsch: Aktuelle Trends im Einsatz und in der Nutzung innovativer Organisationskonzepte

Abstract

Die Produktionsmodernisierung durch den Einsatz von organisatorischen Konzepten im Bereich der Arbeits- und Produktionsorganisation und dem Personalmanagement stellt für Unternehmen einen wichtigen Stellhebel zur Verbesserung ihrer betrieblichen Leistungs- und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit dar. Allerdings stehen organisatorische Maßnahmen nach wie vor selten im Zentrum betrieblicher Innovationsaktivitäten. Die aktuellen Befunde zur Nutzung und Dynamik von organisatorischen Innovationen in der Produktion legen nahe, dass die Betriebe des Verarbeitenden Gewerbes derzeit einen Schwerpunkt auf der Schaffung stabiler und zuverlässiger Prozesse durch den Einsatz qualitätsund stabilitätsorientierter Organisationskonzepte legen. Insbesondere Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP), 5S/5A-Methoden oder Ansätze des Total Quality Managements (TQM) weisen jüngst eine starke Dynamik auf, die sich in den kommenden Jahren sogar noch verstärken wird. In der Folge ist damit zu rechnen, dass der Einsatz dieser Konzepte im deutschen Verarbeitenden Gewerbe in absehbarer Zukunft zum Standard des Qualitätsmanagements in der Produktion wird.
