Abstract

Der stetige Wandel in der heutigen Arbeitswelt und die zunehmende Zusammenarbeit in virtuellen Umgebungen, stellen Führungskräfte vor die Herausforderung, Mitarbeitende remote und in Präsenz zu führen. Damit bringt es in gleicher Weise Anforderungen an spezifische Kompetenzen der Mitglieder hybrider Teams und deren Führung mit sich, die in diesem Buch ausführlich betrachtet werden. Gleichzeitig erhalten Sie neben einem Einblick in diese besonderen Herausforderungen und Kompetenzanforderungen der Zusammenarbeit in hybriden Teams wertvolle Tipps, um solchen Herausforderungen im Unternehmensalltag gut zu begegnen und damit die Ausschöpfung vielfältiger Potenziale zu nutzen, die die hybride Teamarbeit sowohl für die Mitglieder als auch die Organisation birgt.
