Vom Change Management zum Transformationsmanagement - Teil 1 - Überblick über die wichtigsten Methoden zum Change Management

Abstract

Globalisierung, Digitalisierung, künstliche Intelligenz sowie Verschiebungen der geopolitischen Machtverhältnisse machen einen ständigen Veränderungsprozess der Unternehmen erforderlich. Gleichwohl scheinen viele solcher Prozesse nicht von Erfolg gekrönt zu sein. In diesem Working Paper werden daher im ersten Teil die gängigen Modelle zum Change Management vorgestellt und auf ihre Tauglichkeit hin bewertet. Hierbei fokussieren die Autoren auf das 3-Phasen-Modell von Lewin, das 8-Stufen-Modell nach Kotter, das ADKAR-Modell, das 7-S-Modell von McKinsey und das Bridges' Transition Model.
