Die Förderung der Digitalisierung und Dekarbonisierung in Deutschland: Eine Analyse des Förderkatalogs

Abstract

Der Bericht analysiert die Förderung von Digitalisierungs- und Dekarbonisierungsprojekten durch Bundesministerien in Deutschland anhand eines innovativen Identifikationsansatzes. Die Ergebnisse zeigen klare Trends: Seit 2012 nimmt die Zahl der geförderten Digitalisierungsprojekte stetig zu, während der Bereich Dekarbonisierung insbesondere seit 2020 einen Förderschub erfährt. Regional konzentrieren sich Digitalisierungsprojekte vor allem auf urbane Zentren, während Dekarbonisierungsprojekte eher in ländlichen Gebieten gefördert werden. Ebenso existieren sektorale Unterschiede: Digitalisierungsprojekte dominieren in der IT und im Verlagswesen, während Dekarbonisierung vor allem in der Industrie präsent ist. Eine Netzwerkanalyse identifiziert wirtschaftlich starke Regionen als Knotenpunkte für den interregionalen Wissenstransfer. Insgesamt liefert die Studie wertvolle Einblicke in die Struktur und strategische Bedeutung der Förderpolitik in Deutschland.
