Ausgestaltung von Milchlieferverträgen nach der Quote

Abstract

Das Auslaufen der Milchquote mit dem Wirtschaftsjahr 2014/2015 gilt als weitgehend sicher (FAHLBUSCH ET AL. 2009, LATACZ-LOHMANN/HEMME 2007, 2008, EU-KOMMISSION 2007). Dies bedeutet einen entscheidenden Einschnitt in die Rahmenbedingungen der europäischen Milchwirtschaft. Unter anderem verändert sich mit dem Wegfall eines hoheitlichen Milchmengenregimes die Planbarkeit der Anlieferungsmenge für die Molkereien (GLOY 2009, SPILLER 2008a). Des Weiteren stehen neben der neuen Herausforderung der Mengenplanung auch die Preisfestsetzungsverfahren der Molkereien zur Diskussion, da die Preise volatiler und sich dem Weltmarktpreisniveau annähern werden (GVN 2008, VAN BERKUM/HELMING 2006)...
