Ein Simulationsmodell zur Analyse der Mengen- und Zeiteffekte bei einem Einsatz reflektometrischer Blutanalysegeräte

Abstract

In jüngster Zeit ist mit den reflektometrischen Geräten eine neue Technologie zur Blutanalyse entwickelt worden, von denen man wesentliche Vorteile bei der quantitativen Bestimmung der Konzentration von Blutbestandteilen erwartet. Als ein wesentlicher Vorteil der neuen Technologie wird dabei die leichte, schnelle, kostengünstige und wenig Fachkompetenz erfordernde Durchführung der Analyse angesehen. Dadurch wird es möglich, diese Analysegeräte in der 'Bedside-Analytik', 'nearer to the patient' oder 'Real-Time' Analytik einzusetzen, womit auch gleichzeitig das Einsatzfeld dieser Technologie beschrieben ist. In dem BMFT-Projekt 'Einsatz reflektometrischer Analyseverfahren in der pädiatrisch-internistischen Akutdiagnostik' wurde an der Universitätskinderklinik Kiel in einem Feldversuch eine umfassende Evaluation der Einsatzmöglichkeiten reflektometrischer Analysegeräte vorgenommen…
