Eigenkapitalfinanzierung für Innovationen

Abstract

Die Innovationsfinanzierung stellt insbesondere in der Gründungs- und in der Startphase von Unternehmen einen Engpaß dar. Er läßt sich auf Grundprobleme zurückführen, die zwar nicht voll zu beseitigen sind aber doch gemildert werden können. Wir haben auf die Möglichkeit einer Aktivierung eigener Forschungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen hingewiesen, die einen der Ansatzpunkte für eine Verstärkung des Denkens in Ertragserwartungen statt in gegenständlichen Sicherheiten bilden könnte. Schließlich wurden drei der Möglichkeiten zur Eigenkapitalbeschaffung angesprochen, von denen insbesondere ein Ausbau der Tätigkeit von Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaften als ein interessanter Weg angesehen wird.
