Rahoitusvaateiden verotus: Kotimaiset rahoitusvaateet 1991 verotuksessa

Abstract

Tässä keskustelualoitteessa julkaistaan kaksi kirjoitusta rahoitusmarkkinoiden verotuksesta Suomessa ja muualla. Rahoitussijoitusten verosäädökset ovat muuttuneet viime vuosien aikana jatkuvasti kaikissa teollistuneissa maissa. Myös Suomessa muutoksia on tapahtunut vuosittain ja merkittäviä verosäädösten uudistuksia on parhaillaan valmisteilla. Ensimmäisessä kirjoituksessa tilasto-osaston tutkija Camilla Gustavsson tarkastelee korkotulojen verotusta useissa OECD-maissa. Selvitys on jatkoa vuonna 1990 samasta aiheesta julkaistulle keskustelualoitteelle no 8 Suomen Pankin sarjassa. Toisessa kirjoituksessa rahoitusmarkkinaosaston tutkija Risto Herrala tarkastelee kotimaisten rahoitusvaateiden verotusta vuonna 1991. Selvityksessä esitellään tärkeimmät rahoitusmarkkinoita käsittelevät verosäädökset yleisesti ja rahoitusvaateittain sekä arvioidaan verotuksen vaikutusta rahoitusmarkkinoilla.
