Tarifliche Ausbildungsvergütungen 2024: Höchster jemals gemessener Anstieg des gesamtdeutschen Durchschnitts

Abstract

Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung wertet jährlich die tariflichen Ausbildungsvergütungen zum Stand 1. Oktober aus. 2024 erhielten Auszubildende in tarifgebundenen Betrieben im Durchschnitt 1.133 Euro. Mit 6,3 Prozent wurde dabei der höchste Anstieg gemessen, seitdem bundesdeutsche Gesamtdurchschnitte ermittelt werden. Erstmals unterschieden sich die tariflichen Ausbildungsvergütungen in West- und Ostdeutschland kaum noch voneinander. Der Fachbeitrag präsentiert weitere Ergebnisse nach ausgewählten Berufen, Ausbildungsbereichen, Ausbildungsjahren und Geschlecht.
