Humane Ökonomie - selbstverständlicher Auftrag sozioökonomischer Bildung und Wissenschaft oder sozialromantische Utopie?

Abstract

Die Idee einer Humanen Ökonomie steht im Mittelpunkt dieses Bandes. Im Leitbild der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin wird in Bezug auf Humanität ausgeführt, dass "es bis heute kein besseres Motiv [gibt], wenn es um das Wachstum des Wissens und die Zukunft der Bildung geht". In einer Wissensgesellschaft sind kompetente, kritisch-reflexive, der Humanität verpflichtete Absolventinnen und Absolventen elementar. Was aber bedeutet Humanität zwischen ökonomischer Rationalität und sozialer Verantwortung, beruflicher Effizienz und persönlicher Autonomie sowie zwischen Selbstinteresse und Solidarität? Diesen und ähnlichen Fragen gehen die Beiträge dieses Bandes nach, die im Rahmen einer wissenschaftlichen Tagung an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin von Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik sowie der ökonomischen Bildung diskutiert wurden. Die in diesem Themenband enthaltenen Beiträge drehen sich um sozioökonomische Bildung, plurale Ökonomik, Wirtschaftsethik, Grundbildung und Pflege sowie Hochschuldidaktik.
