Nachteilsausgleich in der Berufsbildung: Schlüssel und Stellschraube für Inklusion und Fachkräftequalifizierung. Aktuelle Erkenntnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen

Abstract

Der Fachbeitrag stellt den Nachteilsausgleich in der Berufsbildung als Schlüssel und Stellschraube zur Inklusion behinderter Menschen und zur Fachkräftequalifizierung vor. Grundlegende Ausführungen zur rechtlichen Verankerung des Anspruchs auf Nachteilsausgleich in Grundgesetz, VN-Konvention für die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderung, Berufsbildungsgesetz und Handwerksordnung rücken die zuständigen Stellen in der Berufsbildung als wesentliche Akteure ins Blickfeld. Dazu werden ausgewählte Ergebnisse eines aktuellen BIBB-Projekts zur Umsetzung der berufsbildungsgesetzlichen Vorgaben zum Nachteilsausgleich in der Berufsbildungspraxis und daraus abgeleitete Schlussfolgerungen und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Berufsbildungspolitik und Berufsbildungspraxis präsentiert.
