Berufsbildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung im Transfer: Verbreitung, Verstetigung und Transferforschung als Kern der Modellversuche 2020-2022

Abstract

Der Förderschwerpunkt 'Berufsbildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung im Transfer für Ausbildungspersonal 2020-2022' (BBNE-Transfer) hatte das Ziel, ausgewählte Ergebnisse vorheriger Modellversuche zur BBNE 'vom Projekt zur Struktur' zu bringen und dabei Wissen und Erkenntnisse zum Transfer zu generieren. Dazu wurde erstmalig ein eigenes Transferprogramm ins Leben gerufen, in dessen Rahmen die vorhandenen Erkenntnisse und Ergebnisse aus früheren Modellversuchen weiterentwickelt wurden, um nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Qualifizierungen des ausbildenden Personals dauerhaft bei unterschiedlichen Bildungsinstitutionen zu etablieren. In den Projekten wurden u. a. die chemische Industrie, kaufmännische Berufe, das Bäckerhandwerk, die Altenpflege oder die Milchwirtschaft einbezogen sowie auch branchenunabhängige Ansätze verfolgt. Gleichzeitig sollten wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse über Transferbedingungen und Transfermodelle für BBNE generiert werden, die insbesondere für nachfolgende Projekte und Programme wichtige Hinweise liefern können. Dieser Band stellt die Ergebnisse der Transfermodellversuche sowie der Transferforschung dar und reflektiert diese aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven.
