Berufliche Handlungskompetenz von betrieblichem Ausbildungspersonal: Ein Kompetenzmodell für die Erstellung von Kompetenzprofilen und die Entwicklung von Bildungsangeboten

Abstract

Angesichts der Digitalisierung der Berufswelt wird die Weiterentwicklung der beruflichen Handlungskompetenz des betrieblichen Ausbildungspersonals bedeutsamer. Die Anpassung der Bildungsmöglichkeiten für diese Ziel-gruppe an diese aktuellen Anforderungen ist ein entscheidender Faktor. In diesem Fachbeitrag werden die Ergebnisse des Vorhabens 'Berufliche Handlungskompetenz des betrieblichen Ausbildungspersonals - Entwicklung und Validierung eines Kompetenzmodells' als Teil der konzeptionellen Arbeiten am Internetportal für Ausbildungs- und Prüfungspersonal 'Leando' durch das BIBB vorgestellt. Über Experteninterviews (N = 16) wird ein theoretisch hergeleitetes Kompetenzmodell zur Operationalisierung der beruflichen Handlungskompetenz von Ausbildern und Ausbilderinnen validiert und ausdifferenziert. Im Ergebnis entsteht ein Modell, das die aktuell bestehenden Anforderungen an diese Zielgruppe aufgreift und in unterschiedlichen Anwendungsfeldern eingesetzt werden kann.
