Tarifliche Ausbildungsvergütungen 2023: Anstieg erneut unterhalb der Inflationsrate

Abstract

Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung wertet jährlich die tariflichen Ausbildungsvergütungen zum Stand 1. Oktober aus. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr stiegen die tariflichen Ausbildungsvergütungen in Deutschland um 3,7 Prozent auf durchschnittlich 1.066 Euro an. Der Anstieg fiel damit etwas schwächer aus als 2022 mit 4,2 Prozent. Aufgrund der hohen Inflationsrate reichte er nicht aus, um einen Reallohnverlust zu verhindern. In Westdeutschland waren die tariflichen Ausbildungsvergütungen mit 1.068 Euro etwas höher als in Ostdeutschland mit 1.042 Euro. Der Fachbeitrag präsentiert weitere Ergebnisse nach ausgewählten Berufen, Ausbildungsbereichen, Ausbildungsjahren und Geschlecht und gibt einen Rückblick auf die Entwicklung in den Jahren 2018 bis 2023.
