Zaduženost Republike Hrvatske i zemalja srednje i istočne Europe

Abstract

Zaduženost tranzicijskih zemalja posljedica je njihove veće potrošnje od proizvodnje i štednje. Cilj rada je dati točan i precizan pregled zaduživanja Republike Hrvatske i odabranih zemalja Srednje i Istočne Europe te utvrditi granice održivog zaduživanja tih zemalja pomoću odabranih pokazatelja inozemne zaduženosti. Osim Hrvatske, analizom su obuhvaćene sljedeće zemlje: Bugarska, Češka, Mađarska, Rumunjska, Slovačka i Slovenija. Inozemni dug u Hrvatskoj, ali i u ostalim promatranim zemljama, ima tendenciju vrlo rapidnog rasta, bez ikakve naznake da bi se to u budućnosti moglo promijeniti. Situacija u Hrvatskoj je zabrinjavajuća jer ona ima najviši udio inozemnog duga u prihodima od izvoza roba i usluga, visoki udio vanjskog duga u BDP-u, visoki inozemni dug i visoki inozemni dug per capita te bi stoga svako daljnje zaduživanje trebalo ograničiti jer postoji opasnost od nemogućnosti servisiranja inozemnog duga.
