Uma breve apresentação do GATS (Acordo de Comércio sobre Comércio de Serviços) da Organização Mundial de Comércio, que ilustra quais os principais parâmetros do seu âmbito, bem como, qual o modelo de negociação das sucessivas 'rondas' negociais.
