Abstract

In 2015 is naast de reguliere T+1-meting van de HBO-Monitor, waarbij afgestudeerden één jaar na afstuderen worden benaderd, ook een meting vijf jaar na afstuderen uitgevoerd (T+5-meting). In deze meting zijn afgestudeerden die in 2011 reeds aan de reguliere HBO-Monitor hebben deelgenomen, in 2015 nogmaals benaderd. In dit rapport bespreken we de loopbaanontwikkeling van deze hbo-afgestudeerden gedurende de eerste 5 jaren dat ze zich op de arbeidsmarkt bevinden. De benadering van dezelfde groep personen op twee momenten maakt dit mogelijk.
