Globalização e governação: uma perspectiva portuguesa

Abstract

Europa e lusofonia configuram-se como esteios da nossa diferencialidade, enquanto resposta adequada da governação as tres vagas de globalizacao. A primeira vaga equilibrou a Europa e o Atlanticos; nas vagas seguintes, a nova dinamica das liberdades politica e financeira afectou a das pertencas europeia e lusofona. Durante quase metade dos últimos 200 anos, registaram-se vários ciclos viciosos, mas retira-se da outra metade confiança na nossa capacidade colectiva de corresponder aos nossos compromissos.
