Abstract

Les grandes tendances d’aujourd’hui laissent entrevoir le panorama de demain :un accès aux biens culturels assuré par les grandes plateformes états-uniennes ;une fragilisation de la place du créateur par le développement de l’intelligence artificielle générative ;une concurrence toujours plus forte de la puissance publique par les acteurs privés – celle-ci, dans un rôle de facilitateur, risque alors de devoir concentrer son action sur la régulation et l’organisation des marchés.
