La construction de territoires créatifs contestée par la société civile :culture et création en conflits

Abstract

Par l’analyse de conflits locaux induits par trois projets d’infrastructures pensés dans le cadre d’un paradigme créatif du développement socio-économique, cet article s’attache aux discours des acteurs et au cadre idéologique au sein duquel ils s’inscrivent pour caractériser les représentations qu’ont ces acteurs du territoire et des économies de la culture et de la création. Nous montrons que ces projets et les modalités de leur soutien par les décideurs publics tendent à mobiliser, parmi d’autres, des acteurs culturels locaux. Ces phénomènes induisent une politisation des projets en questionnant les formes de leurs attachements (ou leur absence) à l’économie locale de la création.
