Abstract

La présente étude vise à retracer l’évolution de la solidarité dans ses mises en œuvre juridiques lorsqu’elle vise des individus et des territoires en Belgique. Pour réaliser ce projet, nous revenons sur les racines de l’idée de solidarité avant d’étudier l’évolution de la manière avec laquelle elle a été concrétisée en droit belge pour les individus et les territoires.
