Abstract

Pourquoi boit-on du vin ?On serait tenté de répondre « parce que c’est bon », ou « parce que ça enivre »… Mais encore ?Existe-t-il une explication plus fondamentale ou rationnelle à notre attirance vers cette boisson fermentée ?Le professeur Fabrizio Bucella, sommelier et directeur de l’école d’œnologie Inter Wine & Dine, mène l’enquête. Tel un inspecteur minutieux, il est parti à la recherche d’indices sur d’anciens sites archéologiques, dans les paroles des célèbres philosophes et jusque dans les comptes rendus des concours de dégustation de notre époque. Implication, complicité, moralité… à travers l’histoire et la science, il élucide pour nous le mystère des liens profonds entre l’homme et le vin.
