Abstract

[fr] Cet article s'attelle à décrire la stratégie de construction du statut de puissance de la Chine sur la scène internationale. Partant, il s'agit de s'interroger sur la capacité de cette puissance émergente à produire et à faire accepter des règles au niveau de son espace géopolitique immédiat et au-delà. Dès lors, se pose la question de savoir si cet acteur est à même d'instaurer un sous-système en dehors du contrôle extérieur et, partant, alternatif à l'ordre international dominant. Dans l'analyse de la construction de sa puissance, il s'agit d'étudier les rapports que la Chine entretient avec les autres puissances émergentes et la manière dont elle se positionne, tant par rapport à la puissance dominante américaine que par rapport au multilatéralisme.
