Penser le conflit :les vertus de l'approche multidisciplinaire

Abstract

[en] La deuxième édition des Après-midis de recherche du Département de Science politique fut l'occasion de placer le 'conflit' au centre du débat et de la controverse scientifique -- d'autant que la notion est au confluent des discours savant (scientifique) et non-savants (médias, citoyens, etc.). Il semblait opportun de le recadrer ou de le replacer au centre d'une question de Science politique et, plus largement, de Sciences sociales, de Droit ou encore d'Histoire. En effet, comme plusieurs autres concepts en Sciences humaines et sociales, le 'conflit' se situe au carrefour de multiples horizons et compréhensions :il 'couvre l'ensemble des activités humaines et sociales en même temps qu'il dépeint les troubles et les ruptures qui ébranlent chacune d'entre elles'. Comment dès lors penser les dynamiques conflictuelles contemporaines, sachant que la grammaire 'du conflit' ne se résume pas aux luttes armées -- comme en atteste l'existence de conflits sociaux, de conflits familiaux ou encore de conflits au travail ?
