Abstract

[fr] Pour mettre fin aux financements des conflits par le commerce des ressources minières, les États-Unis, la Chine et l'Union européenne ont récemment entrepris de mettre en place de nouvelles normes de transparence à destination de leurs entreprises. Dans ce contexte, le présent article analyse tout d'abord les stratégies respectives de ces trois acteurs et leurs enjeux dans un système économique mondial interdépendant, tout en relevant leurs points de convergences. Cette étude comparative préalable permet ensuite de s'interroger sur l'impact de ces nouvelles normes pour la République Démocratique du Congo, pays particulièrement visé par ces législations :défis ou opportunités ?
