Los Presupuestos Generales del estado durante los tres primeros trimestres de 1993. Avance de los resultados de la liquidación del Presupuesto

Abstract

El proceso de recesión económica iniciado en 1990 en la mayor parte de los países europeos registra un notable empeoramiento durante 1993. Concretamente, la mayor parte de los países comunitarios sufren tasas de crecimiento negativas que suelen ir acompañadas de incrementos considerables en el nivel de desempleo. La caída del nivel de actividad y empleo se traduce, a causa de la actuación de los estabilizadores automáticos, en una minoración de los ingresos públicos y un aumento del gasto, éste último fundamentalmente para atender el incremento de las prestaciones por desempleo. En este sentido se prevé que el déficit de las Administraciones Públicas como media en la C.E.E. alcance, a finales de 1993, el 6,3%; un punto y dos décimas superior al registrado en el año anterior.
