Los incentivos regionales a la inversión en España después de 1985

Abstract

El presente trabajo se estructura en los siguientes apartados: Un primer epígrafe donde se describen, de forma resumida, el esquema de incentivos regionales vigente con anterioridad a la promulgación de la Ley de 1985. En segundo lugar, se ofrecerá un breve resumen de las razones que motivaron la reforma del mencionado sistema de incentivos vigente. Un tercer epígrafe donde se explican las principales características de la actual regulación de los incentivos a la inversión productiva existentes en España. En cuarto lugar, se ofrecerán datos cuantitativos que reflejen la importancia del actual sistema de incentivos. Y, finalmente, se reseñarán las conclusiones más importantes.
