Sistemas financieros y desarrollo económico en Argentina y España

Abstract

El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 1987-1991, elaborado por la Secretaría de Planificación del Gobierno argentino, señala siete objetivos a medio y largo plazo para el sector financiero. Aunque la mayor parte de los objetivos propuestos parecen ir en la dirección que aconseja la teoría, la consideración de "la banca como servicio público" sigue empapada de un contenido intervenicionista que ha demostrado no ser útil en el pasado. Si consideramos la experiencia española en su conjunto como relativamente satisfactoria, parece destacarse la hipótesis que sustenta la "prioridad financiera".
