La contabilidad analítica del sector público en España: Un panorama

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar un panorama del estado de elaboración teórica en que se encuentra en España la contabilidad analítica para el sector público, tanto en lo que se refiere a las propuestas emanadas de la propia Administración (particularmente el Grupo 9 del Plan General de Contabilidad Pública), como en lo relativo a las de los profesionales e investigadores independientes. Dado que el proceso de reforma de la contabilidad pública española se inició hace relativamente poco tiempo, nos ha parecido conveniente iniciar la exposición con una breve reseña del mismo, a fin de que pueda servir de marco de referencia para situar en su contexto los trabajos realizados en el ámbito de la contabilidad analítica.
